Designer's Tips: For a modern twist, try offsetting the outline from the solid balloon just slightly. The outline can be stamped in black, in a coordinating color, or even heat embossed! Use a fine pen to draw in the strings of the balloons once you stamp them. Alternatively, you can tie actual string or twine to the bottom of the balloon die-cut!
